  • Rice 5 oz
  • Pumpkin 10 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vanilla Sugar 0 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Chocolate 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the rice and pour in 150 ml of water, cook until the water evaporates. Add milk, salt, and sugar, and cook until thickened. At the end, add vanilla sugar and butter.

Step 2

Peel the pumpkin and grate it on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Add the egg to the cooled rice and mix well.

Step 4

Grease a baking dish with butter, layer the rice porridge - layer of pumpkin - again porridge - again pumpkin. Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 355°F.

Step 5

The finished casserole cools down and is sprinkled with grated chocolate.
