Ingredients

  • Rice 15 oz
  • Ham 10 oz
  • Canned Mushroom Soup 10 fl oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Basil 0 oz
  • Butter to taste
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Breadcrumbs 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Cook the rice until soft, drain, and dry.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the cooked rice and finely chopped ham. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, soup, milk, salt, and basil.

Step 4

Grease a ring-shaped pie dish with softened butter. Layer the rice and ham mixture evenly and pour the prepared mixture over it. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Step 5

Place the dish in a deep baking tray and fill with hot water halfway. Bake for 30 minutes.

Step 6

Let it sit in the dish for 3 minutes, then turn it out onto a serving plate. Place sliced vegetables in the center of the ring.
