Ingredients
- Whole egg 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Malt Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil ½ liter
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Cornichons 2 pieces
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Chervil 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Tarragon 0 oz
- Anchovy fillet 1 can
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare 500 milliliters of mayonnaise by mixing in 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
Step 2
Add 1 tablespoon each of finely chopped capers and cornichons.
Step 3
Add 1 tablespoon of a mixture of chopped tarragon, parsley, and chervil, and 2-3 tablespoons of finely chopped anchovy paste.
Step 4
Mix thoroughly.
