Ingredients
- Red Grape Juice 5 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Herbes de Provence 1 teaspoon
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Garlic 10 cloves
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Ocean salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Finely chop them.
Step 3
In a deep saucepan, melt 10 grams of butter over medium heat.
Step 4
Add the onion and garlic. Sauté, stirring for about 3 minutes.
Step 5
Season with ground pepper.
Step 6
Pour in the red wine.
Step 7
After a minute, add the mustard and mix well.
Step 8
Add the herbs de Provence and salt. Stir again.
Step 9
After 5–7 minutes, stir in the butter and remove from heat.
Step 10
Transfer to a sauceboat and serve with meat dishes.
