This is an excellent marinade for beef and lamb. Save a small amount of the marinade for basting the meat while grilling. The quantity of marinade is calculated for 1 kg of meat.

- Red Wine Vinegar ½ cup
- Rosé Dry Wine 0.3 cup
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Dried Rosemary 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
