
Red Onion Salad with Pomegranate for Barbecue

Description
Sometimes the joy of barbecue lies not only in the barbecue itself but also in the side dish and sauce. This simple salad can be prepared in advance and taken with you to the cottage. The barbecue season is not over yet.
Ingredients
- Sweet Red Onion 2 heads
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 1 piece
- Raspberry leaves 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion as thinly as possible into half-rings.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the pomegranate by hand, or you can split the pomegranate in half and hit it with a wooden spoon over a large bowl.
Step 3
Finely chop the cilantro.
Step 4
Mix the pomegranate seeds with the onion, add the raspberry vinegar, stir well, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 5
Sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro on top and serve.
