Ingredients

  • Red drum fish 10 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Parsley to taste
  • Herbes de Provence to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Smoked salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Marinate the salmon or any other red fish with spices of your choice, such as herbs de Provence or smoked paprika. Brush with olive oil on both sides. Bake the fish in the oven for 10 minutes at 430°F, remove the skin, take out the bones, and flake with a fork.

Step 2

Mix the cream cheese with the garlic (pressed) and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, add to the fish and mix well.

Step 3

Slice the cucumber into thin slices using a vegetable peeler. Spread the fish mixture on bread or focaccia, top with cucumber, and serve. Optionally, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
