- Beans 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Parsley to taste

Step 1
Sort the red beans, rinse, and boil them.
Step 2
Drain the cooked beans in a sieve and let them cool.
Step 3
Place the beans on a plate, sprinkle with salt, and mix.
Step 4
Then, arrange the sliced onions beautifully around the beans, and place sprigs of parsley on the sides of the plate.
Step 5
You can sprinkle the beans with cilantro.
