Red Bean Puree with Cornel Berries

Ingredients
- White Beans 5 oz
- Cornel Berries 0 oz
- Raisins 0 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the beans overnight.
Step 2
Boil until tender.
Step 3
Blanch the almonds in boiling water, peel, and slice them.
Step 4
Rinse the raisins, rinse the dried cornel berries, soak for 15–20 minutes, and remove the pits by pressing through a sieve.
Step 5
Transfer the boiled and mashed red beans to a pot, add the prepared cornel berries, almonds, raisins, salt, pour in the bean broth (50 g of hot broth), and heat for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
After that, transfer to a serving dish.
