Raspberry Coulis
Ingredients
- Raspberry leaves 20 oz
- Sugar 15 oz
- Red Grape Juice 15 fl oz
- Vanilla Pod ½ piece
- Apple Cider Vinegar 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Mix the wine with sugar, place it on the heat, and reduce it by half.
Step 3
Scrape the seeds from the vanilla pod.
Step 4
Remove the boiling syrup from the heat and add the raspberries.
Step 5
Add the vanilla seeds and apple cider vinegar.
Step 6
Stir and let it steep for 2 hours.
Step 7
Blend the mixture with a blender.
Step 8
Strain through a sieve to remove the seeds.
Step 9
Pour the coulis into jars and store in the refrigerator for about a month.
Step 10
Serve raspberry coulis with game dishes, as well as with cheese pancakes and desserts.
