  • Macadamia Nuts 5 oz
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Soy Sauce to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Spices to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, place the ramiro peppers in the oven for 15–20 minutes at 355°F.

Step 2

Then, remove the skin and seeds.

Step 3

Next, prepare the sauce. Peel the garlic.

Step 4

Clean the bell peppers of stems and seeds.

Step 5

In a blender, combine the mixture of bell peppers, garlic, chili pepper, almonds, and cashews.

Step 6

Add a pinch of sugar, salt, oil, and spices to taste. Blend until smooth.

Step 7

On a plate, create a 'bed' of the prepared romesco sauce.

Step 8

Top with rolled pieces of the roasted ramiro peppers.

Step 9

Drizzle with soy sauce to taste.
