Radishes in Hot Mustard Sauce

This braised radish makes a great side dish for roasted meats.
Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- Radish 20 oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Tarragon 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the radishes into quarters. In a deep skillet, melt the butter in vegetable broth over high heat, add the radishes, reduce the heat, and simmer covered for ten minutes.
Step 2
Then mix the sauce with the mustard and simmer for another two minutes. Remove the leaves from the tarragon stems, combine them with the radishes and the sauce, and immediately remove the saucepan with the radishes from the heat.
