Radish, Green Onion, Sesame, and Ginger Sandwiches
Ingredients
- Butter 4 tablespoons
- Chives 3 tablespoons
- Toasted Cumin Seeds 1 tablespoon
- Sesame Oil ¼ teaspoon
- Grated Ginger Root ¾ teaspoon
- French Baguette 16 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Turnips 10 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the softened butter, 2 tablespoons of chopped chives, sesame seeds, ginger, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 2
Spread a small amount of the butter mixture on the pieces of baguette.
Step 3
Thinly slice the radishes into rounds and place them on top of the bread. Gently press down, sprinkle with the remaining chives, and season with salt if necessary.
