Ingredients
- Butter 8 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Radish 20 oz

Rinse the radishes well, dry them, and trim the leaves. Cut each radish in half. Arrange them on a plate cut side up.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the softened butter and chives. Transfer to a piping bag. Decorate the halved radishes with the mixture.
