Quick Yeast Dough for Pizza
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Dry yeast 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crumble the yeast into a bowl with warm water (300 ml) and let it sit for 10 minutes until the mixture foams. Sift the flour with salt onto a work surface to form a mound, create a crater in the center, and pour in the olive oil and yeast. Gently knead the dough by hand until it is elastic and smooth. Shape it into a ball, place it in a deep bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise for 1–2 hours until it doubles in size.
Step 2
Grease the baking paper with olive oil. Roll out the dough into a circle and place it on the paper. Top with filling, cover the pizza with foil, and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 390°F and bake the pizza for 20–30 minutes. Serve immediately.
