- Garlic 1 clove
- Tomatoes 15 oz
- Basil leaves ½ cup
- Spaghetti 15 oz
- Artichokes 10 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese 0 oz
- Chopped Parsley ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic for 1 minute until lightly golden. Add the chopped tomatoes and basil. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
