- Bacon 0 oz
- 10% cream 0 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for 12 minutes, then drain in a colander.
Step 2
Separate the yolk from the egg white, mix the yolks with heavy cream, Grana Padano cheese, and add pepper.
Step 3
Cut the bacon into large slices, sauté in butter, then add dry white wine and olive oil.
Step 4
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sautéed bacon with wine and butter, then mix in the egg and cream mixture, and quickly stir.
