Ingredients
- French Baguette 1 piece
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
- Danish Blue Cheese 10 oz
- Celery stalk 3 pieces
- Turnips 2 bunches
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Spread mascarpone cheese on 12 slices, and blue cheese on the remaining ones.
Step 2
Slice the radishes and celery into thin pieces. Place radishes on the mascarpone toasts and celery on the others. Serve immediately.
Step 3
Cut the baguette into 24 thin rounds and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Heat a grill pan and place the bread on it. Toast on both sides. Let cool slightly.
