Quick Sardine Pizza
Ingredients
- Pizza Flour 15 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Tilsit Cheese 5 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 5 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Canned Mackerel in Oil 1 can
- Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon
- Flaky sea salt to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough (the ready-made dough is already rolled out into a large rectangle).
Step 2
Using a pastry brush or a teaspoon, spread the tomato paste over the surface of the dough and sprinkle with oregano and coarse salt.
Step 3
Sprinkle grated Tilsiter cheese on top. Cut cherry tomatoes of different colors in half and place them on the cheese. Next, add the sardines and slices of mozzarella cheese.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil. Place in the oven and bake until a golden crust forms.
