Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 tablespoons
- Sugar 5 tablespoons
- Dry Malted Milk Powder 5 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda ⅓ teaspoon
- Pear Jam ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Immediately place a greased baking sheet inside.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes!
Step 3
Flip the finished sponge cake onto a towel and spread with berry jam (even tastier with sweetened condensed milk!!). Use the towel to roll it up.
