Ingredients
- Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 10 tablespoons
- Smoked Chicken 5 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 10 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Basil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream, and flour.
Step 2
The dough should be liquid, like sour cream.
Step 3
Pour the dough onto a greased baking sheet. Sauté the mushrooms with green beans in a pan with a little oil.
Step 4
Spread tomato paste on the dough, then add the filling: smoked chicken breast, sausage, and sautéed mushrooms with beans.
Step 5
Top with tomatoes, add spices, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 480°F (482 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake for 10–15 minutes. Once the cheese has melted, the pizza is ready.
