Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 3 cups
- Water 1 cup
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the yeast with honey and pour warm (not hot) water over it. Stir well with a fork and let it sit for 5 minutes in a warm place.
Step 2
Combine the flour, salt, and oil, then pour in the honey-yeast mixture. Knead the dough.
Step 3
Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 30–40 minutes in a warm place (turn the oven on for 1 minute at 210°F and then turn it off), covered with a towel. Bake at 430°F for about 15–20 minutes.
