  • Tomatoes 5 lbs
  • Garlic 1 head
  • Green peppercorns 4 teaspoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Water 0 qt
  • Red Long Chili Peppers 0.5 teaspoon
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and wait for 5-10 seconds. Peel the tomatoes.

Step 2

Chop the garlic, cilantro, and red chili pepper coarsely.

Step 3

Pour boiling water over the jar. Place the first layer of tomatoes. Sprinkle with cilantro, add a few cloves of garlic, the red chili pepper, and a spoonful of black peppercorns.

Step 4

Repeat the layers until the jar is full.

Step 5

Prepare the brine. Add salt, sugar, and ground red pepper to the boiling water to taste. Pour over the tomatoes.

Step 6

The tomatoes are ready in one day.
