Ingredients

  • Garlic 1 head
  • Onion 1 head
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomatoes 0 lbs
  • Herbs 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the ripe tomatoes.

Step 2

Cut each tomato without separating into halves, and generously sprinkle the cut sides with salt.

Step 3

Prepare a filling from garlic and chopped herbs (cilantro, dill, parsley).

Step 4

In heated vegetable oil, sauté the sliced onion until golden, cool it down, and mix it with the herb filling.

Step 5

Thickly spread the mixture on the cut sides of the tomatoes. Then place the tomatoes in an enamel pot. Close tightly with a lid and refrigerate. After a day, the tomatoes can be served.
