- Milk 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mustard Greens to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste

Step 1
Pour the oil and milk at the same room temperature in a 2:1 ratio into a mixing cup.
Step 2
Blend the milk and oil continuously for 1 minute at maximum speed.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, mustard, or lemon juice to taste, and mix.
