Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Garlic ½ head
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, cook the pasta in a pot according to the package instructions; drain the water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a small heavy-bottomed saucepan (or very carefully in a thin-bottomed pot), melt the oil, add the garlic, black pepper, and salt.
Step 3
Sauté the garlic until it starts to turn a yellowish color.
Step 4
Turn off the heat and set aside until the pasta is ready.
Step 5
When the preliminary preparations are complete, place the hot pasta in a separate bowl and drizzle with the garlic mixture; serve immediately.
