Quick Chicken Patties
Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the chicken and onion through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Add the egg and mayonnaise. Mix everything well. Add salt and pepper. The mixture should be somewhat runny. If not, you can add either another egg or more mayonnaise.
Step 3
Heat a frying pan (preferably non-stick) with vegetable oil. Spoon the mixture onto the hot pan and shape it into something resembling pancakes.
Step 4
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
