Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 15 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Semolina 0 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Ground dried cherries 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt a pinch
- Sour Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Mix the egg with the cottage cheese.
Step 3
Mix the semolina with the baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Step 4
Add the dry mixture to the cottage cheese and mix well.
Step 5
Chop the dried cherries into small pieces.
Step 6
Fold the dried cherries into the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 7
Grease the muffin tin with vegetable oil.
Step 8
Spoon the batter into the molds, filling them two-thirds full. Place in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Cool the cheese pancakes on a wire rack for 7–10 minutes, then remove them from the mold.
Step 10
Serve with sour cream or your favorite jam.
