- Sour Cream ½ teaspoon
- Herbs to taste
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Potato 1 piece
- Butter ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the medium potato well (do not peel), place it on a plate, put it in the microwave, and cook on high for 7–10 minutes (depending on the size of the tubers).
Step 2
Remove from the microwave and, while hot, cut it in half (not all the way through), insert a piece of butter into the cut, and if desired, add chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper, you can add sour cream, and sprinkle with herbs.
