- Tortillas 4 pieces
- Spinach 10 oz
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Bulgur 2 cups
- Lime Juice 0 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz

Step 1
Peel and dice the avocado into small cubes. Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet and place one tortilla in it. Once heated, sprinkle with cheese, spinach, and bulgur. Add the avocado and drizzle with lime juice.
Step 3
Cover with a second tortilla and fry until golden brown.
