Quesadilla
Ingredients
- Tarragon 1 bunch
- Light "Lamber" cheese, 15% fat content 0 oz
- Tortillas 1 piece
- Veal 5 oz
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice ½ pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Tomatoes 0 oz
- Ketchup 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese using a large grater.
Step 2
Chop the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Dice the tomato and bell pepper into medium cubes, and cut the veal into thin strips.
Step 4
In a skillet, heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Step 5
Sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Step 6
Add the chopped veal, vegetables, chili pepper, ketchup, and tarragon to the skillet. Sauté for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 7
Place the mixture on half of the tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, cover with the other half, press down gently, and fry in a dry skillet on both sides.
