- Quail Egg 15 pieces
- Salmon 5 oz
- Courgette 1 piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Red Caviar 0 oz
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the quail eggs, then peel them.
Step 2
Slice the cheese into 1 cm thick pieces, and use a cookie cutter to shape them into 'flowers'. Use the same cutter to slice the cucumber.
Step 3
Arrange the cheese and cucumber flowers on a plate, placing cream cheese on top. Surround the cheese with red caviar.
Step 4
Slice the salmon into long, thin pieces. Wrap each egg with a slice of salmon. Place them in the center of the 'flowers'.
Step 5
Garnish each canapé with herbs and caviar.
