- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Flaky sea salt a pinch
- Quail Egg 0 oz
- White Balsamic Cream 1 teaspoon
- Herbs to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut a piece of bread about 1.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Toast it in a toaster.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Add a pinch of coarse salt.
Step 5
Add the finely chopped quail fillet to the oil.
Step 6
Fry until golden brown.

Spread the bread with pâté.
Step 8
Season with black pepper.
Step 9
Top with the fried meat.
