- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons

- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the unpeeled potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Remove from the water and let cool slightly. Peel and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Gently mash the potatoes with a fork and add the chopped shallots, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and white pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
