Ingredients
- Red Basil 10 oz
- Raw Cashews 5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the basil and dry it with a towel, separating the leaves from the stems.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
In a deep bowl, place part of the basil leaves, garlic, some cashews, some cheese, and a tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 4
Turn on the immersion blender at full power and start blending the ingredients until smooth.
Step 5
Then add the remaining ingredients and continue blending until you achieve a uniform mass.
Step 6
The sauce pairs well with pasta, tomatoes, bulgur, etc.
