- Pancetta 1 piece
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Courgette 3 pieces
- Butternut Squash 3 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the finely chopped pancetta. Sauté until browned, then add the zucchini and pumpkin cut into small pieces and gently stir. Cook over medium heat until tender and golden brown.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, season with black pepper, and sprinkle with thyme. Serve immediately.
