  • Pumpkin Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Honey 2 tablespoons

Step 1

Soak the pumpkin seeds in warm acidic water for 12 hours. Drain the water and rinse the seeds thoroughly. Blend them in a blender until smooth. Add the oil and honey.

Step 2

You can also add cocoa, nuts, etc. to the mixture.
