Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the unsweetened pumpkin on a fine grater and mix it with the cottage cheese. Add the egg, flour, and spices to the mixture and stir.

Form small balls and roll them in semolina.

Fry in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
