Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Water 10 fl oz
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Pumpkin 20 oz
  • Onion 4 heads
  • Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese Spread 10 oz
  • Marinated cherries 12 pieces
  • Herbs to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of water, mix with sifted flour, the remaining water, and vegetable oil, and add salt. Knead the dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

Slice the pumpkin into 0.5 cm thick pieces, place in a small amount of water, bring to a boil, and keep there for 3 minutes. Then drain in a colander.

Step 3

Peel and slice the onion into strips and sauté in a pan with the halved tomatoes.

Step 4

Season the sour cream with salt and add nutmeg.

Step 5

Roll out the dough on an oiled baking sheet. Spread the sour cream over the dough. Arrange the pumpkin slices, onion rings, tomatoes, strips of bacon, and grated cheese on top. Then sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and chopped herbs.

Step 6

Place the pizza in the oven and bake at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes until golden brown.
