Ingredients
- Prosciutto 16 pieces
- Persimmon 1 piece
- Pomegranate Seeds ½ cup
- Arugula 5 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Pistachios 5 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the persimmon and cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Place 2 pieces of prosciutto on each plate, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Then add the pieces of persimmon and arugula leaves. Top with lightly roasted pistachios.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil and pomegranate vinegar, and sprinkle with black pepper.
