  • Prosciutto 16 pieces
  • Persimmon 1 piece
  • Pomegranate Seeds ½ cup
  • Arugula 5 oz
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Pistachios 5 oz
  • Black Pomegranate Molasses to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the persimmon and cut it into small pieces.

Step 2

Place 2 pieces of prosciutto on each plate, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Then add the pieces of persimmon and arugula leaves. Top with lightly roasted pistachios.

Step 3

Drizzle with olive oil and pomegranate vinegar, and sprinkle with black pepper.
