- Prosciutto 4 pieces
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt 3 tablespoons
- Pitted olives 4 pieces
- Fresh Rose Hips ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Grease a rectangular muffin tin with oil.
Step 2
Cut the pieces of prosciutto in half and line 8 muffin cups with them, allowing the edges to hang over.
Step 3
Whisk the egg whites and the egg well, then add the yogurt, chopped olives, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the prosciutto cups and bake for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with sprigs of rosemary.
