Ingredients
- Prosciutto 12 pieces
- Chicken Egg 12 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Cheshire Cheese 1 cup
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 4 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Grease 12 muffin cups with vegetable oil and carefully place a piece of prosciutto in each to form cups. Add 1 tablespoon of grated cheese to each and crack 1 egg on top. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parsley.
Step 3
Bake for 13-15 minutes until the eggs are set. Serve immediately.
