
Profiteroles with Red Caviar and Butter

Description
To prevent the milk from burning, add a little water to the pot with the milk.
Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Red Caviar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add pieces of butter to the milk. Bring the milk to a boil over low heat, making sure all the butter melts.
Step 2
Gradually add the flour to the boiling milk over low heat, stirring constantly until all the flour is incorporated and the dough thickens. Let the dough cool slightly.
Step 3
Add the eggs to the dough one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
Step 4
With damp hands, form walnut-sized balls and place them on a greased baking sheet, leaving 2 cm between each.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 355°F. Do not increase the heat and do not open the oven, or the profiteroles will not rise.
Step 6
Cut the tops off the finished profiteroles or slice them in half. Place a little butter and caviar in each half. Arrange on a plate and serve.
