Poultry Omelette
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 8 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Step 2
Mix the yolks with milk and salt, whisking with a fork.
Step 3
Add salt to the whites and beat them with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 4
In a preheated skillet, add butter and a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Step 5
Set to medium heat.
Step 6
Pour in the yolks. Spread them evenly across the surface of the skillet.
Step 7
Once the yolks are set, top with the beaten whites, spreading them evenly over the yolks.
Step 8
Cover with a lid and reduce to low heat.
Step 9
When the whites are set, fold the omelette in half and transfer to a plate.
Step 10
