Potatoes with Sausages
Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley 3 stems
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Sausages 12 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 12 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Use a paring knife to make holes in the center of each potato and insert the sausages. Keep the cut-out pieces of potato.
Step 2
Pour oil onto a baking sheet and place the potatoes on it. Add the cut-out potato pieces, season with salt, and sprinkle with half of the finely chopped parsley and garlic. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn them over, sprinkle again with parsley and garlic, and drizzle with oil.
Step 3
Bake for another 30 minutes, occasionally turning. Serve immediately on a warmed plate.
