Potatoes with Meat Filling

Description
Can be served hot or cold. You can also grate cheese on top and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 12 pieces
- Ground meat 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Ketchup 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Chopped Green Onions to taste
- Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil medium-sized potatoes (do not peel). After boiling, peel them and cut a hole inside the potato, but not all the way through.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Sauté the ground meat and onion in olive oil.
Step 4
Place a teaspoon of mayonnaise in each potato.
Step 5
Then add the sautéed meat and onion mixture.
Step 6
Add salt. Top with a teaspoon of ketchup.
Step 7
Place on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
