Potatoes with Ham

Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • Serrano Chili 5 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Wash the potatoes but do not peel them – bake for 1 to 1 ½ hours until soft. Remove from the oven and cut them lengthwise. Do not turn off the oven.

Step 2

Scoop out the potato flesh with a spoon. Salt the inside of the skins and spread half of the butter inside. Mash the potato with a fork and mix with finely chopped half of the ham. Fill the skins with the mixture and lay them in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Top each with a piece of butter and bake for another 10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle each potato with a small amount of grated cheese and whole slices of ham. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh herbs or grated orange zest.
