Ingredients

- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onion 1 piece
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the herb, leaving only the stems, and cut them into pieces 2.5 cm long. Peel the potatoes and cut them into walnut-sized pieces. Place everything in a pot, cover with water, add a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook for another 25 minutes until the potatoes are soft.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large skillet, add finely chopped onion and garlic, and cook over low heat, stirring, for 6 minutes until the onion becomes translucent. Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle the onion with paprika.
Step 3
Drain the water from the pot and transfer its contents to the skillet. Stir, return to heat, and cook, stirring, for another 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
