  • Broccoli 1 bunch
  • Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Chili Flakes ½ teaspoon
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender.

Step 2

Remove the old leaves from the broccoli rabe and cut it into small pieces. Two minutes before the potatoes are done, add the broccoli rabe to them. Boil until tender and drain.

Step 3

In another pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté lightly. Then add the cooked vegetables, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes, gently mashing the potatoes with a fork. Remove from heat and serve, sprinkled with Parmesan.
