Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Bacon 5 oz
- Cheshire Cheese 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the butter in a skillet, add the potato slices in batches, and cook until they are golden brown. Place the potatoes on a paper towel.
Step 2
Place the bacon in the skillet and cook until slightly browned, then drain the fat and set the bacon aside.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 320°F. Layer the potatoes, bacon, and tomato sauce in a deep baking dish, sprinkling a pinch of salt over each layer. Top with cheese and dot with a piece of butter.
Step 4
Bake for 1 hour until golden brown and bubbly cheese forms. Serve immediately in the same dish.
